Our Story
Inner Vue began as a vision for community-centered wellness. As Hmong women growers, healers, and culture keepers, we witnessed how many families seek plant-based healing but lack access to culturally grounded resources. We created Inner Vue Farms as a home for renewal — a place where flowers, herbs, and teachings can thrive together.
Today, we are part of a larger movement advancing regenerative agriculture, food security, and intergenerational healing in Minnesota and across Southeast Asian farming communities.
